Please read carefully before use. By installing, activating or using Wizarion you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the software.
Lees dit zorgvuldig door vóór gebruik. Door Wizarion te installeren, activeren of gebruiken stemt u in met de voorwaarden van deze overeenkomst. Als u niet akkoord gaat, installeer of gebruik de software dan niet.
"Wizarion" refers to the software publisher reachable at info@wizarion.com. "You" or "Licensee" refers to the individual or organisation that has purchased or is evaluating the software.
"Wizarion" verwijst naar de softwareuitgever bereikbaar via info@wizarion.com. "U" of "Licentienemer" verwijst naar de persoon of organisatie die de software heeft gekocht of evalueert.
Subject to the terms of this agreement, Wizarion grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal licence to install and use the Wizarion software on your own computer(s) for your own purposes.
Onder voorbehoud van de voorwaarden van deze overeenkomst verleent Wizarion u een niet-exclusieve, niet-overdraagbare, persoonlijke licentie om de Wizarion-software op uw eigen computer(s) te installeren en gebruiken voor uw eigen doeleinden.
Exported applications. Wizard applications exported as standalone .exe (Windows) or Linux executables are licence-free. You may distribute, deploy and run exported wizard applications on any number of computers without requiring an additional Wizarion licence. End users of exported applications do not need a Wizarion licence.
Geëxporteerde applicaties. Wizardapplicaties die zijn geëxporteerd als zelfstandige .exe (Windows) of Linux-uitvoerbare bestanden zijn licentievrij. U mag geëxporteerde wizardapplicaties distribueren, uitrollen en uitvoeren op een onbeperkt aantal computers zonder een aanvullende Wizarion-licentie. Eindgebruikers van geëxporteerde applicaties hebben geen Wizarion-licentie nodig.
A licence covers all Wizarion releases within the version 1.x line (e.g. 1.0, 1.1, 1.2). A new major version (version 2.0 or higher) is a separate product requiring a new licence. Version 1 will always remain available for download. Specific licence types and pricing will be communicated when commercial licensing becomes available.
Een licentie dekt alle Wizarion-releases binnen de versie 1.x-lijn (bijv. 1.0, 1.1, 1.2). Een nieuwe hoofdversie (versie 2.0 of hoger) is een apart product waarvoor een nieuwe licentie vereist is. Versie 1 blijft altijd beschikbaar voor download. Specifieke licentietypen en prijzen worden bekendgemaakt wanneer commerciële licenties beschikbaar komen.

The software is provided "as-is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Wizarion does not warrant that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure or fit for any particular purpose. You use the software entirely at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wizarion expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
De software wordt geleverd "zoals het is" en "zoals beschikbaar" zonder enige garantie, uitdrukkelijk of stilzwijgend. Wizarion garandeert niet dat de software foutvrij, ononderbroken, veilig of geschikt is voor een bepaald doel. U gebruikt de software volledig op eigen risico. Voor zover toegestaan door het toepasselijke recht wijst Wizarion uitdrukkelijk alle garanties af, inclusief maar niet beperkt tot stilzwijgende garanties van verkoopbaarheid, geschiktheid voor een bepaald doel en niet-inbreuk.
Wizarion is developed and maintained by a single developer. Support is provided on a best-effort basis via email at info@wizarion.com. No guaranteed response time, service level or resolution is offered. Wizarion reserves the right to limit or discontinue support at any time without prior notice.
Wizarion wordt ontwikkeld en onderhouden door één ontwikkelaar. Ondersteuning wordt geboden op basis van beste inspanning via e-mail op info@wizarion.com. Er wordt geen gegarandeerde reactietijd, serviceniveau of oplossing aangeboden. Wizarion behoudt zich het recht voor om ondersteuning op elk moment zonder voorafgaande kennisgeving te beperken of te beëindigen.
Wizarion is currently available for evaluation purposes. No payment is required at this stage. Commercial licensing terms including payment conditions, refund policy and subscription details will be published here when commercial licensing becomes available.
Wizarion is momenteel beschikbaar voor evaluatiedoeleinden. In deze fase is geen betaling vereist. Commerciële licentievoorwaarden inclusief betalingsvoorwaarden, terugbetalingsbeleid en abonnementsdetails worden hier gepubliceerd wanneer commerciële licenties beschikbaar komen.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wizarion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the software, even if Wizarion has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Wizarion's total liability to you for any claims arising under this agreement shall not exceed the amount you paid for the licence in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Voor zover toegestaan door de wet is Wizarion niet aansprakelijk voor indirecte, incidentele, bijzondere, gevolgschade of punitieve schade, inclusief maar niet beperkt tot verlies van gegevens, winstderving of bedrijfsonderbreking, voortvloeiend uit uw gebruik van of onvermogen om de software te gebruiken, zelfs als Wizarion op de hoogte is gesteld van de mogelijkheid van dergelijke schade. De totale aansprakelijkheid van Wizarion jegens u voor claims op grond van deze overeenkomst mag niet hoger zijn dan het bedrag dat u heeft betaald voor de licentie in de twaalf maanden voorafgaand aan de claim.
This agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this agreement terminate automatically if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination you must cease all use of the software and destroy all copies. Wizarion may terminate or suspend your licence at any time if you breach these terms.
Deze overeenkomst is van kracht totdat zij wordt beëindigd. Uw rechten onder deze overeenkomst eindigen automatisch als u de voorwaarden niet naleeft. Bij beëindiging moet u alle gebruik van de software staken en alle kopieën vernietigen. Wizarion kan uw licentie te allen tijde beëindigen of opschorten als u deze voorwaarden schendt.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands. If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also make use of the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/odr.
Deze overeenkomst wordt beheerst door Nederlands recht. Geschillen die voortvloeien uit deze overeenkomst worden voorgelegd aan de bevoegde rechter in Nederland. Als u een consument bent in de EU, kunt u ook gebruikmaken van het Europese platform voor onlinegeschillenbeslechting: ec.europa.eu/odr.
